Yesterday I read a letter Roman Catholic Bishop of Calgary, Fred Henry, wrote to Alberta's Premier, Ed Stelmach, on abuses being perpetrated by the Alberta and other Human Rights Commissions across the country. It is a good, clear, courteous, but firm, letter. You can read it here.
O, how I wish there was such a conservative Anglican Church of Canada bishop who would speak out as clearly on such matters and who would counterbalance and challenge the influence and effect of the writings, statements and actions of the bishops, dioceses and provinces who are promoting theological liberalism.
