O Antiphon Prayer Points for December 19

O Root of Jesse, standing as a sign to the people, before whom kings shall shut their mouths and whom the nations shall seek: Come and deliver us and do not delay.

Three prayer points there.

1. That those for whom we pray would see and respond positively to the "sign to the people" that Jesus represents


2. That the nations will seek Him now


3. That Jesus will come and deliver the folk for whom we pray from whatever ensnares them: addictions, ignorance, carelessness, fear, whatever.
