The Gutter Factory, Medicine Hat: Amazing Service
We had The Gutter Factory come and replace our eves-troughs, downpipes, soffits and fascia a couple of years ago. At that time they asked if I'd like one of those hinged outlets installed on one corner of the house. I declined because we had one of those roll-out affairs. Well, it turns out the roll-out thingy wasn't doing the job, so I went to see the folks at the Gutter Factory to see about purchasing the necessary bits in the custom colour we use. The nice man there said they'd look up the colour from our file and send somebody over to drop it off the next morning, which they did AND installed it. No charge. Now there's service. Most impressive and much appreciated.
