Yet another thing that makes it more difficult for people in parish ministry to promote the Anglican Church of Canada as being a good place to put down roots and learn to follow Jesus. Why would anyone, especially anyone starting out, want to do so in an organization that does this, or allows it to be done, to people who disagree with it?
