Two Fingers
An experiment: two finger blogging on the treadmill (puff, puff—I have to hold on with the other hand).

Three Words
John's gospel ths morning:

I am he. (John 18:5)

…said Jesus to those who came to take him away.

One Lord
He still is, along with was and is to come. To say that in those circumstances shows great courage. I am uncomfortably aware that I have sometimes been less courageous when I've been given far less risky opportunities to say and show who he is; that he really is The One.
